Default Stage 1 or no

Bought my bike a year and a half ago. Bought it used from dealer with 2200 miles. It had SE slip ons and not stock AC. Is there any way to know if a download or anything was done to ECM? Still has "teardrop" AC cover but it is not the stock filter element. By the way, I have come to realize the people at this dealership are kind of ***holes, IMO.

it does have a gray colored backing plate with a round washable filter. I bought replacement OEM filter and found it wasn't what I had. Wish I could show a pic, but I'm not smart enough to figure out how.

Heres what your stock breather should look like. The backing plate has a rectangular passage for the Intake Air. I was just thinking that if someones done the a/c & exhaust they probably have also done the download?

Same shoes you are in was what I went through a few months ago when I bought mine. It has python staggered duals and SE heavy breather AC and had no idea if it had a tune. Checked for PC or any other piggyback tuner and didnt find one. Bike ran great and plugs looked normal.

When I started having a problem with my HD speedo/tach I tried to diagnose it myself but eventually went to the dealer for some help. While it was there I simply asked to check for any Downloads for a Stage 1. Found out I had one which made me feel good that the owner had some brains as it seems he took great care of this scoot.

I would slope by the shop that you got it from and have a chat with the guy in parts they are not to bad to deal with ask him if he could check on the computor to see what was fitted as you don't want to buy the same parts if they are already fitted. Also try to contact the last owner, did you get any history with the bike the last guy may have some papers that would be good for you. As said above if you take the air filter cover off and clean around in there you will get a better idea.

Does your rev limiter kick in at 5500rpm or 6200rpm. The hd stage one download lets your bick rev out to 6200rpm
