If your Big Radius are too loud...
I found the solutions. It wasn't cheap but I am AMAZED at the results. Easily 20% quieter with the same great tone. Here is what I did...
I bought a set of BCT QQ baffles. They did a little to quieten it down but changed the tone more than anything. I tried to put 6"s of the remaining stock baffle in behind it and it helped some but it was still louder than I want. On whim, I bought a set of Smart Parts baffles from the B&S section here. I took out the vance and hines and inserted the Smart Partz baffle directly in the pipe. The instructions said to use the stock baffles and but the Smart Partz piece up to it but since I had the BCTs in the pipes already, I tried this. Did I say I was amazed? Great tone, a bunch quieter and the power should be close to the same. Back pressure is your friend...I have a Power Vision and will do some tuning runs when this rain stops. I'll post results afterwards...
