I have a 97 low rider and wanting to do some some tuning mods is there such thing as a stage 1 for these bikes. Does anybody have any recommendations on what I should do without breaking the bank. Any info would be appreciated.

 

Yes you can stage one your EVO, consists of high flow air cleaner and free flowing pipes, then rejet your carb.Many articles on here for jetting your carb.

 

Check out the Evo section. Lots of things you can do to your scoot. I've got VH Big Shots, high flow air cleaner and a jetted carb and while it's no speed demon, it sounds great and is plenty fast enough for me. The potato potato sound and Harley shimmy is fantastic, and my buddies with newer bikes are jealous. Mine's a '96.
