Who makes your 21" wheel? I got a 21" by 2.15 made by rc components. Direct bolt on. If its a harley wheel lets say off a wide glide or soft tail you will have to make spacers. Its a pain. As the break caliber is shimmed out differently.

Most likely the hub is different. May be able to make it fit with spacers. Maybe not. Can you post a picture of the hub? Otherwise, just try it and see how it fits. Then at least you'll know how far off you are and if the axle is the right diameter.

Otherwise, you might be able to lace the 21" rim to your hub. Here's how I did it:

i think the best way is to have a bit of a measure, axle/ bearing size, bearing outer to bearing outer, if that checks out the same fit it and see if it is ok.

if not get spacers made (or buy) as needed

make sure rotor lines up with caliper and fender doesn't foul on the new larger diametre tire

It all depends on the hub on the wheel. A 21x2.15 will fit right under your stock fender and as long as it has the proper hub it will bolt up plug and play. The only way to know about the hub is to try and put it on the bike unless you know what year and model bike it came off of.

The break disk and caliber are different the hub on a harley wheel were the disk bolts up is a different measurement the wheel will fit with the correct barrings and you can get spacers made but the disk will not line up with the caliber

The rotors have a wider diameter for the bolt mounting pattern ont eh newer cat wheels but they are the same on the Harley spoke wheels.
