Default 2013 Street Bob LED question....

Hello. I have a 2013 Street Bob that has the rear brakes/ turn signal combination. I'm looking for red LED bulbs for the back and amber for the front. I was wanting 360 degree so that others could see when I braked or turned without having to be directly behind me like some of the directional LED's. After weeks of research and searching through the forums here I think that I found some that would work. I just wanted to make sure that they did before I went out and paid $100 on bulbs. They are the Jam Straight 1157-HAR and 1157-HRR, 360 degree bulbs.

red

Any input would be appreciated. Thanks

I could be wrong, but I don't think those lights will fit in the bullet housing.

These lights These lights
work really well and are bright. They aren't 360 degrees, but you would need a whole different turn signal housing to have a 260 degree view anyway.

I have these in the rear signals an like them a lot.

Keep in mind, if you replace all four turn signals with LED, you will need to install a resistor in the front circuit to avoid having your dash signal indicators flashing too fast.

Check them out, they have what your looking for, and would be much brighter than any store bought bulb.

From what I gatherd on here, the dash will blink fast but the turn signals will not...on the 2013's at least.

Yep. You can fix the dash flash with the resistors.

Don't get those autozone 1157, they are useless, I found the regular bulb is brighter. I don't know about your turn signal housing size, if it is same as previous bullet turns, they will fit.

HERE IS THE LINK

Damn you people lol

I just bit the bullet and bought the Radiantz led clusters ($$$). I already had the cheap-o ones coming, too.

Don't worry. You will be very happy with the Radiantz parts. They work very well and look good.

I have found that hand signals are very effective and very cheap.
