ok i have a 2013 streetbob and i want a different seat to at least cover half of the rear fender, but i dont want a seat that goes to the 2nd hole because then it would be all seat and little fender

its kinda hard to explain it but id like something that covers the rear fender a little bit but not too much

Get one of those leather bibs for it.

Every longer seat is going to go to the second bolt hole. That's the only way to mount 'em. If you want to cover up some of the fender a bib or rack is more than likely going to be your only option.
