Default detachable sissy bar question

I bought a used sissy bar (detachable) and the docking hardware from dealer. I am going to have to get the signal relocation kit from HD or maybe check out DK for theirs.

However I have one question I want to ask. The sissy bar I got is chrome and I have the 2012 Street Bob. Not sure if I should send this sissy bar kit and get it powder coated to match the overall bike.

Anyone have a black denim bike with picture with chrome sissy bar and one with denim/flat black sissy bar? I'd like to decide what color I want my sissy bar to be before the install. (prefer a pic of the Street Bob but actually any bike will do...)

Thanks.

Default Black

I'm a "chrome *****" and even I think it should be black (it has to match the fender strut or it will look out of place).

alright guys. black it is going to be. thought it may look okay with the chrome Big Shots I want on the bike but with the rear end all black might as well as make it seamless when I get the sissy bar on.
