The stock low wide glide sissy bar will fit just have to take the spacer washers off and you can sometimes find them relatively cheap. I know because I used to run one. The detachable sissy bar was nice but it was pretty bulky and with such a wide rear fender I didn't think the look was very complimentary to our style of bike. Nice to have, not a fan of the look. Pretty much most wide glide sissy bars will fit the Fat Bob but might need to be stretched a little wider to fit the extra inch difference. I have a Kevin Jackson (eBay seller jacksondesign249 http://www.ebay.com/sch/jacksondesig...p2047675.l2562) wide glide tall with skull sissy bar I got used off another member here and I really like it a lot. I had to grab the side plates and pull on em a few times to get em to widen up a little for that extra difference with the FB fender.

My thoughts are if your thinking of passenger comfort I'd say a tall, if your thinking just for looks then a short is fine but if you plan to run just a solo seat why bother unless it serves some function like a bag mounted to it or something. You can see mine in my sig.

What are you looking for, quick release or hard mount, tall or short, purpose, e.g., looks, for passenger, luggage?

I have the hard mount chrome side plates and a sissy bar pad that I would sell for half price if you are interested - pulled off 2012 Fat Bob.

If you plan on riding a lot with a passenger then a sissy bar will definitely provide additional passenger comfort.
