Replace rotor bolts? How do wheel seals come out?
I took my front wheel off today and pulled the rotors. They had factory dabs of red loctite on there but were not hard to get off at all. Not loose, but I didn't need a breaker bar. Are those 1 time use only bolts? If so, get them from the stealership or from Ace?
Also, I can't figure out how to get the seals out of the wheel. I'd prefer not to destroy them in the process though I plan on replacing them and the bearings "while I'm here".

You should be able to reuse the rotor bolts. Sounds lime you had an easier time than I did removing mine I broke two T40 bits on my rear wheel. Every bolt had white threadlock residue the entire length of the bolt. Major overkill. I recommend using a dab of blue Loctite when you reinstall the bolts. Since the Powder Pro did a shiny black gloss on mine, I opted for chrome bolts for contrast pop. LSHD had them cheap.
The video below illustrates removing bearings. It takes specialized tools to remove them and keep them usable. The need is so rare, justifying the cost of the tools is tough, so I'd look for an indy shop.

Um, what video?
I haven't done the *** end yet, just the front. I took it apart to spray the lowers and figured since it was apart I might as well do the seals and bearings. Bike's only got 13k on it, but bearings are cheap if I don't have to pay someone to swap em out.
I've not heard of white thread locker.

Oops. My bad! Looks like a pain in the a$$. Maybe not so much if oyu have thr proper tools. I don't and the frequency/need for them doesn't warrant me buying them. At $56/set, I found it easier to replace them.
I have white (railroad) and green (aircraft), as well as the usual red and blue. The white I saw in mine may have been really old blue.
HD Chrome replacement bolts were not expensive at LSHD. In my case, they'll look good with the gloss black rotors and pulley.
Prices per set of 5:
$10.36 front rotor
$11.16 rear rotor
$23.96 pulley bolts

Any bolt that H-D put loctite on is usually designated one time use.....this is BS, just clean the threads and loctite to reuse.
Seals have to be destroyed to get them out.
To get the bearing races out you just run a bead of weld round the bearing surface and they'll drop out when they cool down.
