If so, what size tire? Limited research indicates that 205/60/16 should work but measuring tire/bike looks like it will very tight or may rub.

Wasn't really looking for opinions (especially from ppl who have never tried it) on the safety or the science behind the usage of a car tire, just looking for a size.
