Default Suggestions for HandleBar Riser Change?

I have a 2001 Dyna Superglide with fixed position drag bars. I want to be able to adjust riding position once in a while so want to go with risers and regular bars but I don't want to change it so much that I need to change the contorls. I also like the looks of some of the people that put the speedo inside the bars instead of sitting up in the air like a hood ornament. I do have the 2" tank riser on my tank, any suggestions???

If your cables etc are stock you don't get a lot of extra slack in them so something around the raise and pullback of the stock bars is where you need to be at. 10" apes and 2" risers is about as far as you'll be able to go depending on if the cables ever got changed during the life of the bike.
