I have some windvest clamps for a 1" bar that I used when I had my sporty.
Is your speedometer on the bars or in the dash...Either way these clamps will work.
I bought new clamps when I got my dyna just to get the windshield closer to me. The clamps are like 90 bucks through windvest.
You can call Doug at windvest or PM me with a pic of your set up. I'll sell you my clamps for half price if you want them.

My speedo is on the dash. I've got the stock bars. Below is a pic of the clamps I have. They are too long. It looks like it would work with a tall riser setup. I need something that will allow mounting close to even with the bars.
Hey, a used set works just as well. Good condition? can you send a pic?
Windvest does have the correct clamps for $90. That's nuts.
Whoops. No pic of clamp since I am new. Anyways, clamps are 4.75" long and look like a 'P' with a .75" tab on the opposite side of the handlebar hole for the shield brace to mount to. Diam for handlebar is 1.25"

Yep, my bars are 1" stock bars. The clamps I have don't place the windshield out from the bars so much as lower than the bars. They are to be used in vertical position and position the shield into the headlight. I don't see cutting the end off when these are almost perfect and someone might need them. I still can't insert an image, so links are here.
This is what I have:

The perfect clamp for your application is the second one you showed. (hdforums)
The picture I have on the bike is that clamp.
The picture of the loose clamp are the extra ones I have and will put the windvest at the right up and down position but it will stick out from the handlebars a bit more.
Both are for 1" bars
PM me if you want them.
