JAGG fan assisted oil cooler
Has anyone installed this one and tried it out? I have highway pegs, wondering if it will be in the way.
Also, its a vertical mount, anyway to mount it horizontal?

$380

You can use this one.
This is the one I have. You don't need the fan one.
I had to buy the 1 1/2" black frame supports. they do not come in the kit.
i also purchased the stainless steel braided hose and flared adapters.
I had to tap the cooler 1/8 NPT.
I also use the thermostant adapdter.
Not cheap but they are top notch coolers.

What I have found is on big touring bikes the oil coolers help a lot-I use my lower fairings year round.
On our smaller Dyna bikes I have not seen a need to add one. Yes it gets blistering hot down here in Alabama.
With the proper components and a proper tune I have not felt heat as to justify a oil cooler.
I use the HD coolers because they work and look great. A pain to change oil but what can I say. Just messy at times. Remember I said touring bike.
A proper tune and components will take care of your that. No cat... for me.
The 10 row Jag is a good oil cooler and you can add some chrome to make it look better.
you will know when the cooler kicks in, it will cool the engine fast. I notice mine around 35 mph after a lot of stop and go traffic. It drops fast.

I am building out my 96" to a 107" and ride in the Philippines where it is always hot and bad traffic in the cities.
Anyway, just got an email back from JAGG.
Now for the good stuff: I have just today introduced the new FP2500 fan-assisted low mount oil cooler kit for Dyna. It will be on my www.jagg.com site for sale by the end of today. You will be able to see photos by then and the mounting instructions should be loaded by the end of the day tomorrow.
New issue is that I have the true track and it looks like it mounts where the TT is.
