Default Need Help With 200 tire mod!

I know this has probably been asked before. I read that I could order a bigger rim for my 2010 FXDC, and just lace it to my stock hub. I just wanted to find out if this is true or not? And if there are any other mods that I would have to do?

Do a search for 200 tire or something similar.

You need at least a 5.5" rim. 18x5.5" is common and done by many peeps. Or you can even use the stock Crossbones rim 17x6".

Nothing extraordinary needed as far as modding goes. Relocate your turn signals is the best way to go or make sure you got the wiring tucked up really good. Other than the turn signal wiring, nothing else is needed. You will have very little clearance between the belt and tire and the fender and tire but no issues since there is no side-to-side movement.
