Hi. I'm a virgin to the site and a virgin to customising but I inherited the above bike and don't intend on letting the old man down. I'm in an office most days but I have an almost obsessive attention to detail and patience. I sit and watch video after video on youtube and then put that to practice. I've come across some hurdles and wondered if anyone could help...

1) I want to replace the fixings on the engine yet the 1st 1 I pulled out seems to be a 5/8 20 - I don't have a tapped that fits the hole or a die for the bolt itself. Am I measuring wrong?

2) Does anyone know where I can get a list of all the bolts etc for a 1340cc '85 evo?

I love the bike, my 1st bike was an 85.
Don't know the answers to your questions but I'm pretty sure you can buy a pack that has all engine bolts in it...make sure you've got a torque wrench.
