96 vs 103?

96 vs 103?
so my friend and i were having a debate today and i thought i'd get your opinions on this.
'08 Crossbones 96cu w/ Stage 1 VS '13 Wide Glide 103cu w/ Stage 1
in a simple drag shoot out what do you think the results would be?
i know it depends on the rider but just on numbers alone i feel the 103 would beat out the 96.
he's also a believer that the B motors are better because they are balanced. when in actuality if you look at torque numbers the wide glide stock has more torque than a stock softail slim, even though they are based off of the same motor.
thoughts?

The B motor just has a balancing block to keep it from vibrating because it is a rigid mount , unlike our rubber mounted engines where the vibration is absorbed therefore allowing us to use more power without throwing parts loosening fasteners or knocking our teeth out of our heads! IMO based on what I've learned about Harleys in the last five years.
The motors ar almost identical except for the balancing block in the tranny, and whatever else they may have had to change in order to allow space for that block.
A softail cannot keep up to a dyna especially on curves.
