Default reflector-ectomy

Pulled off the awful stock reflectors from the fork with no problem. However, the reflectors on the rear fender came off but left adhesive stuck to the paint. Any advice on getting the remaining residue off without scratching up the denim paint will be appreciated.

I heat-gunned until they started to deform/melt. Then some Goo Gone and a microfiber rag. Easy peasy...

Ronsonol lighter fluid. The soap and water afterward.

Turtle wax bug and tar remover works great. Paint safe.

Although Goo Gone may be perfectly safe, I have had that stuff eat certain paint, so it scares me.
I just removed my tank emblems, and good ole WD-40 always works to remove any kind of sticker or sticky residue. I trust WD, and I don't trust Goo Gone, but that is just my 2 cents.

Same here. Heat gun and WD.
