Default Who has a Bassani Road Rage 1D5250

This one. http://www.customdynamics.com/Images/0663.jpg

Also open to other opinions, this just seems like a good fit for me.

Looking for a pipe for my 01 FXDX. I want a 2-1 for performance (stock motor right now but will eventually upgrade) I need something that doesnt hang too low, I ride hard and don't want it to scrape when I lean it over, which is why the thunderheader is out.

the RR 1D5250 looks like its really close to the foot peg and wont scrape, the two pipes arent stacked like on the thunderheader...so anyone that has this pipe...how do you like it? hows the fit and finish, and does it scrape at all? Thanks!

I like mine too, did a thread on the install about 3-4 months ago - there was a problem with the brackets used for the muffler attachment but Bassani fixed it. You won't scrape these pipes unless you hit something. They are loud, so I chose the "Quiet" baffle which is still loud when you push it but not too bad cruising in the neighborhood.

This pipe is great! As others have pointed out, no scrapping with this pipe.
One of the reasons I went with this pipe is because it has an upswept design.
I previously ran the burly slammers and didnt want to have any issues with a new exhaust. No issues with this pipe. Good sound and performance!

I have the 1d18r on my 05 super glide and they have never scraped.
However could not use them on our 2010 wide glide. But it has been lowered.

I have this pipe on my 11 FXDB. Love the sound, and the design. Haven't hit it yet in the turns...my pegs usually hit before anything else. I am lowered about 1.5 inches all the way around though. Great pipe, and I found mine for a steal on eBay.

*EDIT* There are some pics of it on my bike in my gallery...
