My brother just struck a deal for a 2009 Street Glide ... that is, if the bike checks out like the seller claims it will. We're going to look at it next weekend. Would like to swing it by a good mechanic to give it a look and a MD inspection.

Anyone know of any good independent shops in the Waldorf, MD area? Otherwise, any opinions on All American Harley-Davidson in Hughesville?

All American has been good from my experiences.

 

All-American's Maintenance manager used to run Jaggs Cycles down here in Sounthern Maryland before the economy forced him to close his doors. He has organized an awesome team of mechanics and they are spot on. Jeff won't tell you anything that isn't factual, he isn't there to try and get a buck out of you. All-American is not the shop it used to be, the old management really brought that place down, it was changed over about a year and a half ago and has has really turned around. Highly recommend them!!!

If you want to go about 30mins south of there you could check out SM City Motorsorts. Some of my fellow MC brother use them.

SM City isn't too far from my parent's place. I'll have to check them out this weekend, if they're open on Friday.
