I noticed mine (I have a vibratechnics mount) helped a lot since I did have wobbles in corners, or kind of a "wave" feeling sometimes when getting more aggressive. Before the Vibratechnics mount that I bought I would get wobbles in a straight line above 95mph. And in part I think was due to the factory laced wheels too. The mount was night and day when I installed it, then I noticed as I'd ride aggressive a few thousand miles later was starting to wobble again. checked my mount and all was fine, and a few days later when I wash washing my bike I was washing the wheels and noticed my rear wheel had 3-4 loose spokes! I ordered alloy wheels ASAP and the first time I rode with the new alloy wheels I had my bike doing 120mph+ for at least a 1/2mi stretch of road and never once had a wobble problem and bike now feels much more stable on the highway. Have yet to have the bike wobble since and I take corners very hard, there is a 40mph "S" turn on my way to work and I have taken it many times now at over 100mph. While only being able to do it at 75mph before inducing a wobble with the factory motor mount, and when my spokes loosened up.

The problem is more likely to show up when you are leaning hard in a corner, then go over some bumps. It can make your bike start flopping off the corner, or at the very least make you have to counter steer and take a wider arc (if there's one available). Locking the front of the engine to prevent side to side movement seems to help to cure the problem. I've experienced it numerous times, from a simple course correction to a complete Dyna flop. Not since I put on the sway bars though.

I got 2-3 hundred miles now on the AA stabilizer and i think it works very good. Keep in mind that I have never used any other brand of stabilizer before but i'm really happy with the AA performance and price point so far. And for those worried about it rotating on the frame theres a small pointed tipped allen bolt on the clamps that you tighten against the frame to keep it from rotating and so far so good.
