Default Street Bob v Fat Bob dilemma - Update!

All,

I had the planned spin on a Street Bob over the weekend. I just had to get a feel for the bike over a bit of distance before making my mind up on which to get.

Well in the end I went with the 2010 Fat Bob. It just felt that little bit more comfortable over a couple of hundred miles than the Street Bob. The SB is a lovely bike and looking at some of the modded ones on here it dresses up really nicely!

I'm up the bike in two weeks and am gonna ride her for a while before I do anything by way of mods. That been said, I would like to do the swap out of the reaer fender for the 2010 WG one.

Thansk agian to the various replies to my last thread but after 6 years of wanting one I am now finally getting my first HD!

Al

You'll love it. I have a SB and a good buddy has an FB. We are always seeing the good in each others models, but when we swap bikes, we can't wait to switch back. To each their own. Glad to have ya on two wheels!

that rear fender is the only thing that bugs me on the fat bob. never ridden one, though. maybe i'll try to sell my buddy on getting one--he's shopping, and likes the new Breakout, but hasn't ridden anything yet. He needs to be on a Dyna...
