Default Power Vision 2 install ???

I will be installing the pv today on my 12fxdc. Where abouts do I connect it to my bike? Also do I basically hook it up to the computer...download the map I received from dynojet tto the unit ....then connect it to the bike to flash the ecm...forgive me but I am green to all of this and want to make sure its done correctly....I also should save the stock ecm config right???? Any input is greatly appreciated...thanks

If you go to the Dyna Jet website in the PV area under "Downloads" there are instructions and videos for everything. Start with the Install guide, it is pretty easy.

The ECM port should be next to your 3 Fuses.

If your PV did not come with a map then yes you will have to download it onto your PV via a computer.

The instructions will guide you on saving your stock map, but don't worry too much about that - you will never want to use it again.

It is not an upgrade, just a PV model for different bikes - I can not remember the exact reason - maybe a different ECM connection plug.
