Default Powder coat prepping for air cover and instrument panel?

I am trying to get some powder coating done on my instrument panel and air intake cover. But I do not want to damage the decals on them. Any thoughts on best way to remove them and reapply them? This is for my 2011 fat Bob. Thanks all.
