Im interested in the HD flush mount gas gauges...how was install?? I love the look but i hear alot of people having issues wi the fuel light not working. However im not really worried about this because i have the fuel gauge within my speedometer...pics and input always appreciated

Install was a piece of cake. Early sets had problems with the LEDs burning out. New ones not so much

 

Easy..I put them on over the weekend took about a hours and two beers. Did gas cap first them remove the old gauge. I cut the three wires at the wire boot and pulled the wires out of the tank. Run the new wires down hook up the three wires to new wire boot(Remember what wires go were). And clip wire under tank to clip. Then done..

 

Very easy to do.

 

Very easy install I love mine but the price is crazy for what it is, plastic, leds and a few wires probably cost Harley 10 bucks to make.
