Dual headlight modulation legality
Hi, does anyone know if its legal to modulate two headlamps on a bike equipped there with? Would it be legal to have them flash independently or not in sync with the other lamp?
Not trying to start a debate or care about opinions on the 'coolness' of modulated headlamps. Yes or no answers are greatly appreciated.
