Default pic inside. silicone found base of cylinder normal to come out on new bike?

bike has under 1500 miles, also the base of the cylinder to where it meets the block has oil stains very small, i cleaned them and see if they will come back

the red circle is the oil stain, there was more around it but i cleaned it, the front cylinder also has the same stains, there not big so just seeing if its normal

you can see the silicone clearly next to the red circle, the silicone dried up though and is hard tried to wipe it off

Thats pretty normal, it most likely wont continue, if it does i would have the base gasket replaced but a lot of new bikes have that when i uncrate them, the silicone is the sealnt for the case halves also normal

Mine started this crap after the first 200 miles! Dealer came and got it. They say they ran dye in it and the motor is not leaking oil. They say it's a gasket lube and it will stop. Bike now has 2500 miles on it and it getting better. I keep cleaning it off with WD-40. If it's not gone completely by the next oil change I' m gonna make them check it again.
