Default LED Turn Signals Installed - HELP

Hello all, so today I installed my LED turn signals and they work great, but for some reason the red key icon on the console keeps coming on. It's funny because when I start the bike it want come on until I actually hit something that draws power, like hitting the brake or turning one of the signals on. Any idea why this is happening? If so what is the fix? Thanks...

Install a load equalizer? May need one to compensate for the less current draw of LEDs over bulbs. Year bike?

It's an 09, never thought about a load equalizer. Where could I get one? I also have a LED taillight, that probably is adding to the problem too...

I had a similar issue on my 09 RK, but didn't have the security module. Just the turns stop working (did all 4 and tail). I ended up using the ILL-01-A (item 3) found here:
http://www.badlandsmotorcycleproduct..._&_TURN_MODULE

It has an intregrated brake/run/urn module and a load equalizer. Now your rear turns are brake and running also. Simple plug & plug

If you just want a load equalizer its this one LE-03-A found here:
http://www.badlandsmotorcycleproduct..._EQUALIZER_III

Yes but long term the surcharge could cause you some problems! It's a real easy install, under the seat, unplug and plug and that's it.

Thanks everyone.
