Default Installing shocks now

Ok well the progressive 440's arrived yesterday and my brother just arrived with the lift and the beer SI I'm ready to go. Last big mod before riding season hits although we are calling for a seccond straight week of rain each day through Friday starting tomorrow. But I repeat the beer has arrived. Anyone got any tips or info I might want before we jump in?

No tips, but I'm interested in your thoughts on how those ride. I'd like to change the stickers, but I have no intrest in lowering my bike. Those looked Luke they were stock length, correct?

That's what I thought. Very interested in how much it improves the ride.

I just swapped the shocks on my Fat Bob and and it was super easy. I didn't even take the time to to put the bike on a life, I did the work while the bike was on the kickstand.

Just take them off one at a time. I used a ratchet strap (like you use to secure stuff in your truck) to compress the new shock to the correct length to install it. If you wrap a rag around the shock you'll keep from scratching it.

The ride is improved over the stock shocks for sure.

I put those on my bike last year and they are a definite approvement over the stockers.....Super easy to install and very easy to adjust.....I put a car scissor jack under the rear of the frame so the swingarm would not drop.....It is not even a one beer mod......
