It's difficult for me to accurately describe a true sound comparison.

The closest I can come and I've heard many V&H's live is there is

a definite sound difference. I would have to say there both great

however the Samson's are meaner for the lack of a better word.

I just put some Samson Challenger Wildcats on my SG and so far I am pleased with the look and sound. I got to do some tweaking before I post pics.
