Default Extended ABS front brake line ?'s

I am putting a set of 14'' on my Swithcback..

I have done ALOT of searching and cannot find extended front brake lines for my ABS model... I have ordered kit # LA-8220KT-13 from LAChoppers.. however I know in my gut that its not going to have the front brake lines that I need to hook up my ABS

I have searched Magnum shielding but custom 'BYO' lines do me no good if I cant get my hands on a 'Manifold' block that allows me to hook up the two ABS lines to it.??.

I need answers from the people who have already concurred the horrendous PITA of putting apes on their ABS bikes..!!

Part numbers/links would be VERY helpful

14" apes on a ABS Dyna .. it shouldn't be rocket science ..(however my local HD dealership would beg to differ).....

I haven't done an ABS Dyna but have done several touring bikes. On the touring bikes, the lower line goes to the ABS module and the upper line comes out of the module and goes to the bars. When you change the lines on the Touring bikes, you only have to change the upper line...The Dyna system should work close to the same. I would call Magnum and ask them. They will have the answer...

The only problem with that is the upper line is pressed into the block and cannot take just that line off.. However the feed and return lines to travel to the ABS are removable, then the line from the block to the caliper is pressed aswell... I pretty much only need the upper and lower lines and a 4way block but I can't find it anywhere.

what about the brake system off a streetbob. They have 12" bars with a bit of slack. May just be enough. I've put 12" bars on a fxdc and the stock lines just reached. I think the switchback only has the one disc up front?.

I have found the ONLY solution for ABS dynas.

Harley OEM Part#

41800050

Is a Stainless lower line with chrome ABS block adapter.

Then depending on bar size you will need to order the corresponding upper line to reach from the block to the master on the handlebars..

Its a bit pricey but if you shop around you can a deal on it.. My local HD dealer wanted 178$ to order it. I found it online for 133 shipped.. Good luck and I hope this helps..
