Default New exhaust & Air Filter, no tune....

Hey everyone, purchased a 2013 fxdb on saturday, looking to put v&h 2-2 big radius pipes and a k&n high flow on it. Im correct in assuming it doesnt need a tuner or a powercommander, right? or have i been told wrong?

my new scoot for your time, thanks.

yes, i assumed this, i was just hoping to hear from some who have done this and had good or bad results.

and as far as the XiED goes, i was looking into that also, for 100 bucks, seems like a great deal !

I'm not going to say it does or doesn't, but WHY NOT get a tuner and:

Not leave about 5-8hp/5-10ftlbs torque? on the table
Optimize your mpg
Run cooler when needed?

ran that way then added the xieds will run a little better, but there is still some left, added a fuelpak and it runs a whole lot better ,lots of tunners out there read up on them then make your own choice, you get different rezults from them all, depending on what you want to spend, you will drive yourself crazy trying to figure the best way to go. have fun
