2013 Switchback Exhaust

I have a switchback and have just gone through the same excercise. Here's what I discovered:
- Samson rip saws (or street sweepers). They do look good. they overcome the mounting issue on the switchback that causes vibrations. Have a poor reputation for quality, may have improved in recent times. Are the loudest you will find, basically just a piece of pipe. Dont have a balance chamber. Will have a negative effect on mid range performance (2000-4000 rpm) where I suspect you would be running the engine most of the time.
- V&H pro pipe 2 into 1, or D&D fat cat 2 into 1. Look similar to standard. Have to be aware of mid mount bolt that can cause vibe issue. Have a better reputation for quality. Will maintain mid range performance. I just ordered the fat cat today because I prefer the consistent diameter of the muffler compared to the V&H.
Don't mistake noise for power.
