Default Nixing Lowering Blocks 07 SB Questions

My bike's got lowering blocks on it and (what I assume to be) a Progressive drop-in lowering kit in the forks. I'm switching exhaust for a Bassani Road Rage II Mega Power and I'm a bit concerned about scraping in the turns, as I just recently gouged the shields on my Short Shots. I estimate that the removal of the lowering blocks will bring the rear up about 1" or so. That said, I will still have the lowered front-end and have some questions.

Will I have stability issues with the front riding lower than the back (even if just by an inch?)

Can I simply replace the spacers in the forks with longer spacers to accommodate for the change in the rear?

OR should I just plan to switch out the springs?
