Default Rear Turn Signal "Relocation" 2007 Street Bob?

H/D has a rear turn signal relocation kit. I want to mount a "detachable" sideplate & sissy bar on my 2007 Street Bob. The H/D wish book states the rear turn signal must relocated, but the kit has no picture in the catalog and I don't see where the turn signal can be moved. Does any one know? Also, would I have to drill holes in the rear fender?

The HD relocation kit puts the signals on the sides of the taillight.

The Kit your talking about extends the turn signals farther out than where they are now with a bushing to mount the side plates on. It's hard to explane you need to see the Kit or a bike with the Detachable side plates. There not very attractive but they do the Job. The one that moves them down to the brake light, is for Saddle Bags and wont help you, You'll still need the detachable Kit. No Holes need to be drilled..I hope this came out right. Trotter

check bubbasbrakes...they have a nice clean setup that i'm using...WAY cleaner than the HD one. That one looks a bit like an after-thought solution.

I went through the same thing with their catalog[:@]Here is a thread I posted in after my dealings with the dealership. I have the turn signals in the stock location, but now I have the removable sissy bar docking studs on the turn signal stock. You will need the chrome tear drop plates to cover the extra hole.
