I don't find them aesthetically appealing but they do look like they would be comfortable. I would've tried them but I'm 6'3 and with the rake of the wide glide the bars would be way too close to me.
I would like to try out a bike with that set up though. I bet it would be fun.
I have 18" Apes on my Panhead, and 14" Tbars on my WG- I'm 5'11".
In the late 70's I rode a 56 Pan with tall risers and drag bars - loved those too.
In comparison, the Tbars are way more comfortable on long rides because the ergonomic positioning of the shoulder joints to the body doesn't produce trauma.
On my Pan my shoulders are sore after a long ride because the standard handlebar design slightly separates the shoulder joint leaving the tendons and soft tissue to do the work of stabilizing and push/pulling.
I ride the WG everyday, and prefer the tbars over conventional buckhorn style ones.
Well.. Some dudes like big ol ti**, and some guys like big ol a**es.. I say..Like what you like, and be yourself about it, but don't criticize others for likeing something that doesn't necessarily appeal to you.
Nothing too original about T bars. Some people had then but they became more popular with SOA. Kinda like Paris Hilton and a stupid little puppy. Wasn't long and everyone had to have a little dog. It just costs more to change the bars to the next fad then it does to get rid of a little dog.

Exactly. This thread has gone on too long for a topic on handlebars...if someone likes their set up, on their bike....good. I don't and won't judge or question. To each their own...
