Andrews 26. Since you have an '01, I suggest gear drive cams.

The widely acceptable bolt in cam upgrade for the TC88 is the Andrews TW26 I'm in the process of installing mine now.

You need to decide what you want to spend, how many miles you plan to put on it, and build for your riding style. Just buying cams now and nothing else isn't the smartest or cheapest thing in the long run. If you just want a little more power get a mikuni, 2 into 1, and adjustable ignition. If you still want more SE 204's will give you more power and that idle you want. Do the tensioner upgrade while replacing the cams. I wouldn't do gear drive cams without checking runout on the flywheels even though you have timpken bearings.

I'm just trying to save you time and money by telling you the things I wish people had told me when I started out. You can build in stages, but the smartest thing is to have a plan so that you aren't constantly buying duplicate parts. That said if it were my bike I'd plan a 95 big bore kit, woods cams, mikuni 45, 2 into 1 and adjustable ignition. That would easily get you in the 100/100 range with reliability and you wouldn't be constantly worrying about upgrades for a little more power everytime you did one mod.

Default carb

Again I'm trying to save you what I went through...yes you need to rejet but with the CV carb by the time you rejet then later buy a thunderslide to get better throttle response....money would be better spent on a mikuni in the first place. The old saying is speed costs money now how fast do you want to go.

Most say TW26 cams but I just put a set of used Andrews 21 cams in a 2000 Wide Glide and changed out the tensioners with the Cyco pads. The 21's have lots of low and mid range power.

The stock CV carb should work just fine. You might need to rejet but they are like $5 or $6 bucks a piece.
