Street Bob tilt
Hey yall,
Tipped my Street Bob recently. My 166 lb a** just barely was able to stand it up. I was on an incline. Steep driveway. Anyway, ever since I tipped it, it runs a little off. When I start it, it idles a little rough, seems to idle too low, and dies on me. It used to crank right up and idle purrfect. Never ever had it die on me after a start, cold or otherwise. Anybody know the secret? Is there something youre supposed to do after a tip? I would greatly appreciate input from some of you pros out there. Im just a rider, not mechanically inclined. Thanks in advance.

I don't know about any secret recipes. I've tipped mine more than once even with the engine running and it turns off. But never had a problem once it was back on it's feet. I think it should place itself after a few rides. Could be the switch that turns the engine off in case of the bike falling over, it is some kind of mercury switch. Just for the hell of it try sitting on the bike and just bounce up and down or shake it sideways ya never know.
