what do we both need to purchase in order to just do a swap? never done a wheel swap

Will not be a simple swap. Bearings are not same. Only 06 and 07 dynas can swap wheels without changing anything. Those with more knowledge can verify this and tell you why.

U need to put your 25mm bearings and wheel spacers into his wheels basically to run them. I'd use new bearings unless they have low mileage

NO The 06-07 have 1" axles and I think you have 28mm axles. You need the change the bearnings and sleeve in the wheels
