Default quick tank lift question!

Tank riser... At work, bikes at home. I want to make a couple risers for my tank... How large are the holes? CAn they be straight, or do I need joggles? How big of joggles?

Its a term used in sheet metal fabrication... Google it...

Speaking of Google, I can't figure out what size to make my hole...

Well, I made mach up pieces from 1/8" steel, I'll figure the rest out...

I think its a 5/16" bolt on mine so you can use that.....(it has a 1/2" head, so it should be 5/16" bolt) sorry not going to pull it out

Yes,
It's a 5/16" bolt.

It does have a joggle on newer model Dyna's. Look at the DK Customs site for a pic. (The Dyna tank lift page has a good pic of the joggled area.) The joggle appears to be roughly 1/8".
