Question FXDB 2012 to 2013 Fender Swap; Turn/Tail Light Issue

I have a 2012 FXDB I have recently done a fender swap on. Went to a 2013 FXDB fender with this license plate relocation kit. The kit required me to rewire longer for each turn signal and the purchase of a harness jumper (Part 70027-12) to connect everything to the main harness.

Now I have done everything and hooked it all up. Everything lights up, BUT...

The turns DO NOT get brighter when I put on the brakes (like the 2013 does) and the bright red light on my speedo is on. And YES, I do need and want my tail lights to work. Safety is a priority of mine.

Any thoughts as to what this might be..? CPU issue..? Additional wiring needed? I am really at a loss and my local dealership is having issues because they have never done this before. Can't seem to find any helpful information on the forums for this either.

Check the sockets are lined up, there's a tab on them. When I did my QD hardware my right side stayed bright and it wound up being the socket.

Sockets on the bulbs? Hmm.. I did take them out for the install. I'll have to check.

As for pics... What all would be helpful? Happy to snap a few for the cause.

Weird man, cause the '12s are already dual filament bulbs, so they should have already been set up to run/sig/brake. All you would have needed to do is swap the fenders and leave all the electrical alone.... Not sure what that new harness was for...

The new "harness" is really just the long plug in for the license plates and came with longer wires to basically extend the pre-existing turn signal wires. Those three run under the fender to the new jumper harness.
The 2012 harness wouldn't work because of eliminating the tail light. I have no clue really what the issue is, but everything appears to be wired to spec exactly how the new 2013 FXDB's are. We took one apart in the dealership to look and everything and get part numbers.

Thinking it HAS to be a computer issue. Having my local Harley look into it, I triple checked everything today and its correct.

Anyways... Here's pics of my new setup.

Solution...

Needed a STT module and program the BCM. Simple fix at my dealership and the module was cheap enough.
