No they are not. I'd recommend to do some measurements on your current wheels (like bearing inner and outer diameters, hub and spacer width and axle diameter) to get a reference on your quest for other wheels....

You need to know your axle size. Any time changing wheels, you change your bearings which come in different ID sizes. The spacer can also be changed too. You also need a set of the outter spacers that are on the axle between the hub and the fork. I would recommend taking to a reputable shop to have done rather than attempt on your own if you have not done or been taught to do this.

The bearings OD is 53 mm and the ID should be 25 mm on your bike. I'm going through all of this right now installing a set of mags like yours on a 89 softail with a v rod front end.

When I was getting my Harley Davidson technician degree, nowhere was it mentioned that the axle or bearings were metric. Good luck to you friend keep the shiney side up.

Actually on an 06 the bearings are 1" front and rear. 25mm didn't start until 2008. Yes, the bearings can be changed but they are not all the same width which could lead to needing a different width spacer.
