Default New to me T-sport, cable extensions?

I picked up a 2001 T-sport over the weekend. I'm planning on 12" Westcoast MX bars or their slingshot bars. I'm still undecided. I'm looking for an easy cable kit to use with the bars. Any recommendations would be greatly appreciated. I'm also looking for ideas on how to mount the gauges up higher or what mounts to use. Again, any and all in put is appreciated.

I have had good luck with 10 and 12 inch bars and stock cables. You will have to take the tank off and clip the tie ties off. The main gauge cluster will need some love (pull it out of the frame and route inbetween headlight bezzel and bars) but I didn't need any extension
