Default Stock Tommy gun exhaust performance??

Would the stock Tommy Gun 2-1-2 exhaust on my 2013 Wide Glide perform better than my Bassani Pro Streets 2-2? With the stock exhaust I would plan on putting the Big City Thunder Monster baffles in it also.
Just kinda curious, I also have the S&S stealth air cleaner and PCV tuner.
Thanks!

Any aftermarket exhaust will be better than stock. How much? By itself not much but with an AC and tune should be a better scoot. The stock stuff is pretty corked up. Even putting new baffles in it will not help that much.

I think the stock exhaust has the potential to work great with the right mufflers. Meaning performance over sound. However you havea cat in yours so you're probably better off with a complete new system.

Even drilling out the cats in the header pipe will not do much sadly. The stock stuff is all for EPA not performance.

My '09 Fat Bob started with stock Tommy Gunn exhaust and air cleaner when I bought it.

In order of addition, I added:
1. XiEDs
2. S&S Air Cleaner
3. Supertrapp Supermeg 2 into 1 (started with 14 plates, but recently moved up to 15 & closed cap).

I did not dyno anything - it is all seat-of-the-pants - but I felt the most significant increase in power when I added the S&S air filter.

Since my bike is an '09, I believe the stock exhaust was cat converter free.
