Turn Signal / headlight problem

Turn Signal / headlight problem
I have a 99 FXDWG that I am having a problem with the turn signal and headlight
All was fine until the right turn signal quit working. When you turn the signal on, the front turn signal running light (stays on as a marker) will dim slightly. The rear light does not come on and the speedometer will go to zero MPH then back to normal
I have swapped out all the bulbs but I didn't get that lucky
I rode it for a few days until I got a chance to look at it closer but didn't use it anymore. (Left signal works fine)
A few days later, the high beam on my headlight quit working.(new unit)
Tonight I took the headlight out and tried a known good bulb and it still did not come on. I traced wires and found nothing out of the ordinary but There is no 12V to the high beam side of the bulb
I wonder if I have a turn signal module that went bad.
Has anyone else seen this type of issue?
BTW, I have a service manual and wiring diagrams. I am pretty fair at tracing electrical problems but before I went further, I thought I would ask here to see if anyone has seen this or a similar problem
Thanks in advance for any feedback
