Hi,

I just about thru second Dunlop gt502

Going with the pirelli night dragon as we moving into winter here in Aus and something with a bit more grip may help

It's 180/60-17, I think Bridgestone exedra also makes a 180/60-17

Thanks
Mirrmu

In the 180/60r17 series tire, you only have 3 choices. Dunlop GT502, Michelin Scortchers or Pirelli Night Dragons. All other 180 series tires are rated for a wider wheel than what is on our scoots.

Anyone look into a crossbones rear rim at all? I may go that route so I can stick a 200 on the rear and get more tire options. Thoughts?

Thanks for the info. doesn't look like the motorcycle superstore carriers the gt502 or the scorchers...where can you pick up those besides a HD dealer?

I just purchased my Scorcher from Surdyke at a reasonable price.

I've looked at several different "mags". I want to get rid of the spokes so I can run tubless. But my finances won't allow the ones I want.
