Washed my Dyna a little bit thoroughly. Ran it to dry off and she sputtered out and wouldn't start. After drying some more she runs but not so good. After some research its looking like I may be able to get away with simply replacing the Cranks Position Sensor, but I have all these other codes popping up. Would replacing this one part fix my other issues?

Symptoms:
Rough between 30 mph and 40 mph in 3rd gear
Rough between 70 and 80 mph in 6th gear
Intermittent sputtering and backfiring specifically on decel.
Idled very fast this weekend then slowed down to a low idle all day yesterday

Codes:
P0107-Map Sensor
P0373-Crank Position Sensor (CKP EFI)
P0374
P0505-Loss of Idle Speed
P1356- REar Cylinder no Combustion EFI

how about you let it sit and dry out for a few hours, then try again? Could be as simple as your air filter is all wet. spark plug wires could be all wet too.....get out the compressed air and start drying stuff off. Did you use a pressure washer or something?

I always wash the bike with the water coming down on it just like it was raining, I never spray a jet of water anywhere on the bike where there are wires or holes such as the air cleaner. I use the jet on the wheels and sides of the motor and im good. I let it run after washing to dry her a little and no issues.

Sounds like you need to just let her sit and dry off. Give it time and try again
good luck

Sounds like it is just wet. Check the connectors on the PC 5. You may need to blow them out.

You should get a bike dryer. I have the Metro Air Force Blaster and it does a great job at drying all the areas and cut down on time too.

I've never used a hose to wash my bike no matter how dirty it was,now not saying I don't use water but I use two cloths,I wipe the area down with the wet one and then wipe it dry with the dry one,yes this takes time but when I clean my bike I allow the 2 hours to clean it,this is just my way,and I haven't had any issues with my bike after its washed though,it works for me.

Best investment for a motorcycle owner. Sounds like an F16 doing a low pass BUT it's heated air gets into all the nooks and crannies. Great gift from the wife and kids for birthday, Father' Day or Christmas.

I use a hose on mine but get only to get it wet, I dont drench it and I try to keep the water away from the air cleaner. When I am done I use a leaf blower to get all the excess water off and I make sure to blow off the air cleaner really well.

I'll stick with my $19 toro leaf blower.
adjustable from 100 mph and 200 mph

Works great.
