Default which is loudest exhaust for fat bob?

I was wonder from you guys and gals and not the dealership. I wanted to know what I need to do for my bike when all i'm doing is switching out the exhaust and nothing else. Also wondering which exhaust is the loudest and deepest tone out there for my bike(2013 fat bob). Sometimes the stealership wants to add so much on when its not needed and i can't afford a lot right now since i just bought the bike. So please tell me what i need and thanks for your time.

Best advice, listen to some youtube clips to find the sound you want, a good mix of loud, deep and classic. "The loudest" doesn't always sound "the best" and "the best" is going to be an opinion...
Good luck!

I did a lot of listening and the two things I learned was theres a difference in loudness, and a difference in tone.

For the first part, the shorter the pipe(s), the louder the exhaust. The longer the pipes, the less loud the exhaust was.

For the second part, 2-1 exhausts gave a deeper rumble(tone) than 2-2 exhausts.

This is just my observation, I could always be wrong.

Loudness and sound quality is all subjective to the individual, so that's a tough one...I think a few things a fairly certain. A good 2-1 produces best overall performance, 2-2 short= LOUD, long=loud but not as loud as short. I know not much help but most of this is all opinion. All I do know is I have short shots and they are freakin loud. Prior to that I had cycle shack slip, ons and they had a great low classic rumble that sounded great. I would do as has been advised get on YouTube or hang around a shop and listen to pipes and different configurations to see what suite YOU the best.

You nailed it. I am an exhaust voyeur, if such a thing exists. Whenever I see a Harley with other than sock pipes I hang out the listen to them at idle and as they pull away.

If you like a deep rumble go with 2:1. Loud equals shorty duals. By the way the V and H Pro Pipe has a sound of its own. Got to like the looooong and faaaatt muffler pipe.

Loudest are probably the fish tail pipes commonly used on viclas.

Annoying as ****.

I'd listen to some bikes. Some of the youtube clips don't seem to give the real sounds.

D&D FatCat or ThunderHeader either of those will work nicely for you and you don't need anything else done for now.
