Thinking about getting rid of bike. Just do not get to ride it much. It's a 2012 Wideglide with about 1800 miles. It has never slept outside. Has stage one kit with updated pipes. Updated seat. Sissy bar, saddlebags and removable windshield. Also has mag wheels front and back. Just not sure what to ask for it. Anyone have a suggestion? Not trying to rip anyone off, but do not want to give it away. Bike is in Southwest Louisiana

 

I do not think anyone can tell you how to price your bike. Its an almost new bike but someone is not gonna pay new price when they can get the same 2013 bike for just a tad more. And from what I have seen the add-ons is not going to command a lot of money too. You are competing with 2013 bikes so if you want to sell it when riding season is on...price accordingly. Put your bike in the classifieds here and on CL and see what responses you get. You can always drop price but not raise price.

No. Sold the spokes long ago. Bike also has 5 year warranty.

 

I think it depends on your location. I see 2012's going for around $13k to $15k with a lot of mods (doesnt mean they are getting that though). Not sure about Louisiana. Good luck with the sale.

I've considered selling mine but that's only if I haven't ridden in a while. As soon as I throw a leg over and hit the road I cant think of getting rid of it, haha. My ape hangers have a lot to do with that though. Its a completely different bike now.

 

I think you should put a 13 grand price tag on her and be willing to take 11,800.

 

I got my new '13 with the Midnight Pearl paintjob and a few extras thrown in for $15000 flat, out the door. The thing is that I pretty much HAD to buy new because there aren't many used late-model Wide Glides available.
You won't get MSRP for it *maybe*, but I wouldn't take a whole lot less...

 

Not going to give it away for sure. I'll just ride it when I can and keep it before I do that.
