Icredibly, I had the screws of rear sprocket loosen, and then, broken.

Anyone knows how long this screws are?

My '010 FB with the HD cast wheel uses 7/16"-14 x 2-1/2" Grd 8 bolts. Be sure to use Loctite and follow the torque sequence exactly as printed in the HD-SM.

What do you mean with "Grd 8"?

 

RED loc tite. Torque to 65-75 ft lbs.

 

To put it very simply, Grd 8 refers to the strength rating of the bolt and can be identified by the six (6) 'hash' marks on the top of the head. The more common Grd 5 bolt has only three (3) hash marks. For the pulley mounting bolts don't accept/install anything less than Grd 8 or you will be repeating the repair you are currently undergoing.
