Fender horns cut and re-welded and the fitting of the softail fender. Not sure which fender, but it is an earlier model - a 200 can fit. There is some work, but I don't recall it being difficult. I don't think the 200 will fit with the stock swingarm as it is ~ 20mm or 3/4" wider and then you have to check belt clearance.
If you have the stock 130, you will need to get a narrower belt (20mm for 180, 1 1/8" for 150) which you will have to remove lift the bike - jack and/or strap it to the rafters. Remove outer and inner primaries, unbolt the shock, remove axle and slide the wheel forward, and remove the OEM (1 1/4") belt. Install new belt and do the reverse of what you just did.
If you do go this route, I would suggest (not knowing how many miles is on your bike) getting new gaskets (J&P Cycles sells a gasket "kit"). If you have any thoughts of going to a 40amp 3-phase charging system - now is the time! lol There are two (2) sockets you will need to get for the compensator nut (1 1/2"] (torque at 150-165 ft/lbs and the main shaft nut [1 3/16"] (70-80 ft/lbs). You will need red and blue Loctite.
Other items: wire brush for cleaning bolts of Loctite. I replaced all of the bolts used on the inner primary, but that is me. I also replaced the compensator nut as it had a lot of red Loctite on it that I did not want to take the time to clean out and just bought a new one (~ $10 - $15).
If you have not already, get the Service Manual. Gives you pictures, instructions and torque specs.
